Josh Usheroff is a producer, director and cinematographer at Black Box Productions in Montreal. Always passionate about producing quality content, Josh's varied body of work speaks to his deep and multifaceted understanding of filmmaking. Recognized by his peers in the industry for his talent, Josh has directed shorts that have screened worldwide, produced award-winning films that have premiered at international festivals, and has been the cinematographer for multiple high-profile music videos.

Ben Goloff
Co-Founder · Creative Director
Ben Goloff was born and raised in Montreal, educated in Toronto, and has been living between the two cities for the last ten years. Before co‐founding Black Box Productions in 2008, Ben worked as an editor for CBC, while also creating independent works in documentary, fiction, and experimental film that have screened in festivals worldwide. His passion lies in the art of storytelling, and he continues to collaborate on various film genres while producing work of his own.

With a directing philosophy rooted in serving the story, Rouzbeh's approach is never about imposing a singular style but rather adapting his visual language to what each scene demands. Whether a moment calls for kinetic handheld energy, sweeping steadicam motion, or the stillness of a perfectly composed frame, every choice he makes is designed to immerse the audience deeper into the world of the film.
